An historically aged YW project required a solution to the blockage of a foul sewer in the rear
garden of a private property with the only access being through the property. The property had
been placed on the YW mitigation list which required the suction hoses to pass through the house
to a manhole in the rear garden.
CCTV survey showed the blockage was due to concrete in the existing line underneath the
property. No open cut diversion was available. TSL proposed the installation of a new off line
pipeline.
