Work in Birkenhead continued today, installation of DN300 Naylor Denlok drainage pipe. TSL started with pilot bore yesterday arriving at the reception pit with an accurate line and grade then today we began installation of casing and augers.
The mts Perforator PBA85V guided thrust boring system (pull back technique) was used to install 700m of gravity sewer in Scarborough. 180mm SDR11 black PE pipe was installed to "straight" accurate line and gradient in various drive lengths betweeen 55 to 65 metres.
