The pilot bore was successfully completed at Stockport yesterday, as you can see a shaft seal had to be you due to the bad ground conditions (running sand and silt)
The mts Perforator PBA85V guided thrust boring system (pull back technique) was used to install 700m of gravity sewer in Scarborough. 180mm SDR11 black PE pipe was installed to "straight" accurate line and gradient in various drive lengths betweeen 55 to 65 metres.
