Installation of a DN700 Sewer Pipeline using guided auger boring

Site setup

Set up ready for the pilot bore installation the gradient was 154 mm over the 58m length, accuarcy was paramount

Pilot head reaches the reception pit (see blue line on left side of the sheet pile) once the engineer had checked the position it was found the level was 3.5mm low over the 58m all credit to Chris the site engineer and our very experienced highly skilled operator Billy Bewsher

Change over the machine for the second stage of the operation,set up and instal 762mm o/d steel casing
