Mini HDD pit launch work outside York station!! TSL were asked to undertake various road crossings and verge installations. The first 63mm duct installation was a 50m bore into an exsiting manhole the second was an 80m shot where we pulled twin 63mm duct, the last 2 bores were short 15m shots also into manholes. The mts Perforator PBA85V guided thrust boring system (pull back technique) was used to install 700m of gravity sewer in Scarborough. 180mm SDR11 black PE pipe was installed to "straight" accurate line and gradient in various drive lengths betweeen 55 to 65 metres.
