2nd drive of Naylor DN225 clay drainage pipe completed
2nd drive of Naylor DN225 clay drainage pipe completed today. Now the rig will be moved to the next 2.4 launch shaft, set to line and grade ready for the 3rd and final drive tomorrow, Another great job from the team!
The mts Perforator PBA85V guided thrust boring system (pull back technique) was used to install 700m of gravity sewer in Scarborough. 180mm SDR11 black PE pipe was installed to "straight" accurate line and gradient in various drive lengths betweeen 55 to 65 metres.
Take a look at our project video of our recently completed Guided Auger Boring works. A total of 36 metres of DN600 Concrete Pipe was installed to accurate line & grade.
